Mr Watson has worked at Abbey Grange since September 2016 and has responsibility for Teaching and Learning. He has previously focused on the achievement and inclusion of key groups and SEND students. Mr. Watson was previously Assistant Headteacher (Teaching and Learning) at Benton Park School, he has also worked as an Advance Skills Teacher for Leeds City Council and has been a subject leader for Geography at two other schools. At Abbey Grange, Mr Watson leads on 'Standards', with his main focus being student outcomes in Key Stages 3 and 4.
